    Product Description

Nitrogen, with the chemical formula N2, is usually a colorless and odorless gas, and generally has a lower density than air. Nitrogen accounts for 78.08% (volume fraction) of the total atmospheric volume and is one of the main components of air. At standard atmospheric pressure, when nitrogen is cooled to -195.8 ℃, it turns into a colorless liquid. When cooled to -209.8 ℃, liquid nitrogen turns into a snowy solid. Nitrogen has inactive chemical properties and is difficult to react with other substances at room temperature, so it is often used to make preservatives. But under high temperature and high energy conditions, it can undergo chemical changes with certain substances to produce new substances that are useful to humans.

    Produktanwendung

High purity nitrogen is used in the manufacturing of compounds such as fertilizers, ammonia, and nitric acid, as an inert protective medium, as a refrigerant and coolant for frozen food, low-temperature crushing, etc. It is also used in epitaxy, diffusion, chemical vapor deposition, ion implantation, plasma dry etching, photolithography, etc. in the electronic industry, and is also used as a standard gas, zero point gas, equilibrium gas, etc.

    Storage and transportation

Store in a ventilated and cool warehouse, away from sparks and heat sources. The temperature in the warehouse should not exceed 30 ℃, and the warehouse should be equipped with leakage emergency response equipment.

When using steel cylinders for transportation, it is necessary to wear the safety helmet on the cylinder. Steel cylinders are generally placed flat, with the bottle mouth facing in the same direction and not crossed; The height shall not exceed the protective fence of the vehicle and shall be securely secured with triangular wooden pads to prevent rolling. It is strictly prohibited to mix and transport with flammable or combustible materials. Transport in the morning and evening during summer to prevent direct sunlight exposure. Sliding is prohibited during railway transportation.
